OA 500 Slotted Trunking Raised Floor

Introduction:

OA Slotted Trunking Raised Floor is mainly composed of slotted panel, cover board and pedestal. This system solves the height restriction of traditional network floor system, the minimum height can be only 35mm. Equipped with advanced management functions for a variety of modern office power lines and data lines, the system provides methodic line planning and allocation.

-Main part: OA500 bare panel, field and perimeter cover, support bases;

-Optional part: Floor box, cable tray and grommet.

-Floor height: typical floor heights from 35-150mm and the most ideal height is 50mm.

-Outlet is located on each cover board, wires can easily come out.

Application:

Trunking is designed for lower headroom, which fully reflects raised floor function.

Technical parameters:

The raised floor will be with a safety factor of three times the concentrated (design) load, and is capable of meeting static and dynamic loads per CISCA Platform (Raised Access) Floors Performance Specification.

Understructure:

The finished floor height(FFH) of the raised access floor, measured from the sub-floor to the top surface of the installed flooring systems.

----Finishes

Raised floors are widely used in office buildings, data centers, clean rooms and other places. Office buildings mainly use bare finish raised floor, the floor surface needs to be covered with carpet tiles. Data centers need to use anti-static flooring, the floor surface can use different types of anti-static coverings, such as anti-static laminate, PVC tile, ceramic tile and so on.

----Installation accessories

Pedestals are necessary for installation. Stringers are selective. The specifications of pedestals and stringers for different types of flooring are different. Please contact us if you need suggestion.

----Other accessories

Grommet, outlet box, and electronic sockets can be used to facilitate wiring and routing.  In some areas, we can use glass raised floor to monitor the situation under the raised floor.
