Raised floor with ceramic finish

Introduction:

By improving the traditional ceramic finish paving method, we are laying it to all steel panel instead. In comparison to other raised floor system, it obtains higher fire-proof grade and better resistance to abrasion.

Characteristics:

1、Anti-fire grade: Grade A National Standard

2、Resistance to abrasion: 0.1g/1000 rounds

3、Water absorption: Less than 0.5%

4、Pollution-resistant, no radiation, decorative, variety ceramic patterns

5、Anti-aging, service life is more than 60 years

Application:

Raised floor with ceramic finish applies in heavy loading capacity and longer duration required high-grade machine room, such as telecommunication room, high-grade monitoring computer rooms, microelectronics installation workshop and intelligent building.

Technical parameters:

The raised floor will be with a safety factor of three times the concentrated (design) load, and is capable of meeting static and dynamic loads per CISCA Platform (Raised Access) Floors Performance Specification.

Under-structure:

The finished floor height(FFH) of the raised access floor, measured from the sub-floor to the top surface of the installed flooring systems.

Raised floors are widely used in office buildings, data centers, clean rooms and other places. Office buildings mainly use bare finish raised floor, the floor surface needs to be covered with carpet tiles. Data centers need to use anti-static flooring, the floor surface can use different types of anti-static coverings, such as anti-static laminate, PVC tile, ceramic tile and so on.

Pedestals are necessary for installation. Stringers are selective. The specifications of pedestals and stringers for different types of flooring are different. Please contact us if you need suggestion.

----Other accessories

Grommet, outlet box, and electronic sockets can be used to facilitate wiring and routing.  In some areas, we can use glass raised floor to monitor the situation under the raised floor.
