Anti-static Woodcore Panel

Introduction:

There’re two types of woodcore raised floors:

Type One: P-EW SIZE: 600*600*30MM  600*600*40MM

P-EW woodcore laminate panel consists of high density particle board. Steel sheet is bonded to the bottom of the chipboard. Panel is covered with HPL or PVC with 4 PVC band edges, which will prevent mechanical damage and damp deformation.

Type Two: B-EW SIZE: 600*600*28MM

B-EW panel is encased with top and bottom steel sheet. High density partical board as the core material. Panel is laminated with HPL or PVC and black edge trim finish.

Application:

P-EW and B-EW woodcore laminate panel floor system is generally used in telecommunication rooms, electronic manufacturing facilities, health care laboratories, computer/server rooms and clean room plants.

----Finishes

Raised floors are widely used in office buildings, data centers, clean rooms and other places. Office buildings mainly use bare finish raised floor, the floor surface needs to be covered with carpet tiles. Data centers need to use anti-static flooring, the floor surface can use different types of anti-static coverings, such as anti-static laminate, PVC tile, ceramic tile and so on.

----Installation accessories

Pedestals are necessary for installation. Stringers are selective. The specifications of pedestals and stringers for different types of flooring are different. Please contact us if you need suggestion.

----Other accessories

Grommet, outlet box, and electronic sockets can be used to facilitate wiring and routing.  In some areas, we can use glass raised floor to monitor the situation under the raised floor.
