Introduction:
Calcium Sulphate Raised Access Panel is made of high-strength calcium sulphate(calcium silicate or cement particle board)core. The top surface is stuck with High Pressure Laminate (HPL) or PVC or ceramic, the bottom is covered with aluminum foil or galvanized steel sheet. Four edges are sealed with black PVC edge trim.

Characteristics:

There’re two types of calcium sulphate raised floors:
Type One: B-EC
B-EC anti-static calcium sulphate panel consists of high-strength calcium sulphate( calcium silicate or cement particle board) core. HPL or PVC is boned to the top of core and the bottom of the core is bonded with steel sheet. PVC edging strip is glued to be each edge of the panel.
Type Two: P-EC
Bare calcium sulphate panel consists of high-strength calcium sulphate(calcium silicate or cement particle board) core, steel sheet is bonded to the top and bottom surface of the core. PVC edging strip is glued to each edge of the panel.

Office buildings mainly use bare finish raised floor, the floor surface needs to be covered with carpet tiles. Data centers need to use anti-static flooring, the floor surface can use different types of anti-static coverings, such as anti-static laminate, PVC tile, ceramic tile and so on.
----Installation accessories
Pedestals are necessary for installation. Stringers are selective. The specifications of pedestals and stringers for different types of flooring are different. Please contact us if you need suggestion.
----Other accessories
Grommet, outlet box, and electronic sockets can be used to facilitate wiring and routing. In some areas, we can use glass raised floor to monitor the situation under the raised floor.
